Telling to Make Children Cut Tape

It was when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave on-the-spot guidance to the Wonsan Baby Home and Orphanage which were close to the tape-cutting ceremony in June 2015.

Looking round some parts of the Wonsan Baby Home and Orphanage, the General Secretary said with emotion… President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il would be pleased if they saw palace-like new buildings for the children. One of lifetime wishes of them who were always concerned about orphans has become true. Let us make children cut tape at the ceremony of the Wonsan Baby Home and Orphanage so that they will remember for ever the day when they cut the tape with their small hands and stepped into their own home when they grow up to adults. The President and the Chairman will be pleased if they see the children cutting the tape.
